Based on the comic strip "Peanuts" by Charles M. Schultz with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner with additional material by Michael Mayer and Andrew Lippa. Join the Alpha Players for an "average day in the life of Charlie Brown"- a day made up of little moments from Valentine's Day to baseball season, from wild optimism to utter despair, all mixed with the lives of his friends (both human and non-human) and strung together on the string of a single day, from bright uncertain morning to hopeful starlit evening. It's a sweet reminder of the simpler things in life. |
